Refund Policy

At Docs Audit LTD, we strive to provide timely, high-quality document reviews. Due to the personalized and time-sensitive nature of our service, we maintain the following refund policy:

1. Before the Review Begins

Clients may cancel their order and request a full refund only if the review process has not yet started. You must notify us in writing via email to request a cancellation.

2. After the Review Has Started

No refunds will be issued once our team has started working on your review, even if the review is still in progress or not yet delivered. Our services are labor-intensive and begin immediately after confirmation and payment.

3. Refunds at Our Discretion

Docs Audit LTD reserves the right to issue a partial or full refund in exceptional cases at our sole discretion. Examples may include:

  • • Significant service delays caused by us
  • • Duplicate transactions or payment errors
  • • Situations where we cannot complete the service for reasons beyond your control

5. Non-Refundable Services

Rush services (Premium and Express) are considered high-priority and are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced.
